1. Drawing Review and Technical Disclosure  

Before starting CNC machining, the processing drawings must be strictly reviewed to ensure complete dimension labeling, clear tolerance requirements, and reasonable technical specifications. The technical disclosure phase should clarify key information such as machining process routes, tool selection, and clamping methods to avoid processing errors due to misunderstandings.  

2. Material Selection and Inspection  

Select appropriate materials based on product requirements and verify that specifications, hardness, surface quality, etc., meet the standards. Pay special attention to whether the material allowance is sufficient to avoid machining failures due to insufficient material.  

3. Equipment Inspection and Preparation  

Before powering on, inspect all components of the CNC machine, including the lubrication system, cooling system, and pneumatic system. Ensure the machine's accuracy is within the allowable range, all axes move without abnormal noise, and the equipment is in good working condition.
